  1. Usage: SET EIGHT_BIT_CHARACTERS [ON|OFF|TOGGLE]
  2.   Allows you, if set, to input 8 bit characters.
  3.   (such as the Swedish character set)

  5. Notes:
  6.   On SUN machines, you will have to use `stty pass8' and not
  7.   `stty cs8' to be able to use this properly.

  9.   By default, M-b M-d M-f M-h and M-^? (del) are bound to the 
  10.   corresponding emacs keys.
